    I had about 18 trees on my new property dangerously close to my structures. These guys came one day for a quote and let me know literally like the following day they would be coming to get started. They did a phenomenal job and it made for one of the most stressful days I've had since my home was at risk. But they knew exactly what to do and everything went smoothly.The only issue I had was I explained to Rodney he could leave the trees in the woods where they lay....but I told him I wanted the ones in the yard cleaned up. Whether he simply didnt hear me....or changed his mind halfway through, who knows. He asked and I told him exactly that and he should have heard me. That's what I understood the quote was for. That's why it's important to have a contract. My fault for not getting one in writing making sure we were in full agreement. When hiring to get some work done I highly suggest you request a work order/contract specifying everything you want done, signed by both parties so that everyone is in agreement in writing to avoid any misunderstandings. Or at the very least double check and clarify things like this in person. And take pictures of anything your worried about prior to cover your butt just in case of an accident.     Lance Tree Service is our go to company anytime we need tree work done. Most recently they took down a 30’ - 40’ cedar tree that was uprooted by a recent storm. It was caught up in another tree’s branches & was leaning precariously towards my husband’s workshop & carport. They showed up when they said they would & in no time the tree was down. They have reasonable rates, communicate well, are professional & efficient. They clean up all debris & also fill in & smooth out any ruts left by their heavy equipment. See more See less

    We had two trees in very hard to get to places.I wouldn’t even sleep at my house if it was gonna be windy !! He and several employees came the same day and cut both trees down.His crew was extremely professional and did a great job !! Thanks y’all See more See less

    Second time using Lance Tree Service. Rodney and his crew did tree and grading work the first time, and just completed landscaping preparations and driveway work. All work was excellent, and cleaned up before leaving. Thanks for the great work! See more See less

    If anyone has trees down or that needs to be removed, I highly recommend Lance's Tree Service. After an unexpected storm, Lance's Tree Service was on our road within an hour and literally had this tree off our road within 20 minutes. By the time they left, you never would've known we had a tree down today. It was quite impressive. Thank you Rodney and crew for your hard work. See more See less

    A recent storm did damage to a tree in our front yard. Lance Tree Service promptly came out to give me an estimate and had the job completed two days later. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The tree was down and entirely cleaned up in less than two hours. I'm very impressed and highly recommend Lance Tree Service!!!!!!
